• There is a $100 application fee per adult (all occupants 18+ must complete an application). The application fee is non-refundable.
• Renters Insurance is required (minimum coverage requirements apply).
• A PetScreening.com profile must be completed with each application.
• Prospective Tenant will need to Provide: 1. Verifiable income of at least 3 times the rent 2. A valid government-issued photo identification 3. The last 3 months’ pay stubs 4. The last 3 months’ bank statements.
• If there is an HOA:
  1. Tenant will need to sign an HOA Addendum agreeing to abide by all HOA rules & regulations specific to that HOA.2. Tenant is responsible for paying the HOA Application3.
